Recruitment for the post of “Technical Officer/Senior Project Associate” under
extramural project

Minimum
Qualification &
Experience
Essential:
Four years Bachelor's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences
/ Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / BVSc /Ð’.
Pharm or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical
Engineering/Biotechnology or Medicine from a recognized
University or equivalent and four years’ experience in R&D in
industrial and academic institutions or S& T organizations and
scientific activities and services.
OR
Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology (Biological
Sciences) from a recognized university or equivalent and two
years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions
or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.
OR
Doctoral Degree in Life Science / Bio-Engineering
/Biotechnology/Pharma from a recognized University or
equivalent with at least one first-author peer-reviewed publication
indexed in a public database such as PubMed, SCOPUS etc.,
Desirable:
Experience in mammalian cell culture, virus research, protein
expression and purification, molecular biology techniques.
Monthly emoluments INR 57,000/- + 10% HRA
Age Not more than 50 years on the date of the interview.
Tenure The initial offer will be for six months and renewable subject to
satisfactory performance. The position is temporary and coterminus with the project.
