Eligibility:
A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 60% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology. Physics, Chemistry and Biology candidates are eligible for programme.

Admission Procedure: On the basis of performance in the entrance examination of Kalasalingam University to be conducted at all India level in major cities of India on 8th June, 2008 and marks scored in the +2 examination. Merit list will be based on marks scored in +2 (200 out of 300) and marks scored in the entrance examination (100 out of 300)

How To Apply:
Application form along with Information Brochure will be available at the University on payment of Rs. 450 by cash or can be obtained by post by sending a demand draft (D.D) for Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) drawn in favour of “Kalasalingam University” payable at Rajapalayam, to The Director (Admissions) with a request letter.

Application form can also be downloaded and be submitted along with DD for Rs. 450/- (Rupess four hundred and fifty only).

PhD (Technology) (Part Time)

Biotechnology

Eligibility:
M.E/M.Tech. /M.S. (By Research) or equivalent degree in the relevant branch of Engineering / Technology with minimum 60% or equivalent grade. All degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved Institutions.

Selection Procedure:
· Admission at any point of time.
· The candidate should get consent from a research guide and Co-guide (if necessary).
· Research proposal will be scrutinized by DRC which will make suitable recommendation.
Part Time Ph.D. Programme: Candidates, who are working full time on permanent basis in any organization approved by the URB, are eligible to register for Ph.D. under Part time programme.
