DBT Project “Study of homologous recombination as a putative mechanism of antigenic variation in human malaria parasite”
Requirements:
The position is for PhD scientist to conduct research on homologous recombination mechanism of malarial parasite at the molecular and biochemical levels.
PhD in any discipline of modern biology with good record of publications is essential. Preferences will be given to those who have had experience in biochemical and molecular experiments with emphasis in Plasmodium recombination pathways.
Stipend p.m.: Rs. 18000.00 (consolidated; no HRA)
Tenure of the post: Until 10. 01. 2011.
