u sud prepare from many book and journals from net
lodish for cell biology
voet for biochem
gardner and pierce for genetics
tools and technique from wilsomn n walker
PD sharma for ecology
animal physiology from medical bool
plant physiology from any standard book
last yr 20 to 30 qs were from marine biotech
so go throuh net and marine biotech book
u can crack dis exam by 6 month preparation

ReplyDeleteas such there is no prescribed syllabus from DBT. but the question paper contains exclusive biotechnology related questions.
u need to refer lehringer, karp, Kuby... these books are sufficient to crack this exam.. but you have to be dedicated and serious about it...

hello all BET aspirants, its very easy to crack this exam, just we need to see the LIFE through an eyes of true biotechnologiest. Having simple commonsense, few logics, and some basics one can easily crack it. DBT had purposfully made such system and let us mold ourselves with it...
