ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : FOR RESEARCH COURSES
Candidates securing 55% marks in the Master Degree Examination of any recognized University are eligible to apply. Relaxation of 5% is applicable in respect of SC/ST candidates.
HOW TO APPLY
Prescribed application forms with prospectus can be obtained in person or by post from the Receptionist, Administrative Building, Permanent Campus, Shillong 793022 or from the office of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, NEHU, Tura Campus, Tura 794001 during office hours on payment of Rs.100/- through University Challan/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft drawn in favour of “North Eastern Hill University”. Request for application forms and prospectus by post should be addressed to the Dean Students’ Welfare, NEHU, Permanent Campus, Shillong 793022 accompanied by a self addressed envelop of 26 x 16cm affixing Rs.25/- stamp thereon and enclosing Demand Draft for Rs.100/-. The application form/prospectus fee is not reimbursable. The admission form may also downloaded from NEHU Website http://www.nehu.ac.in/Admission/downloads.php and filled in application form alongwith the Demand Draft of the same amount can be sent to the Dean Students Welfare, NEHU, Shillong 793022.
LAST DATE FOR APPLICATION
Application forms duly filled-in are to be submitted to the Head of the respective Department/Centre on or before 25th March, 2009 for the Research courses.
