A joint programme with Forschungszentrum Jülich and Michigan State University, East Lansing, USA, for research and training in:

• Molecular Plant Sciences
• Genetics
• Quantitative Biology
• Bioinformatics

funded by the DFG.

Application Requirement for PhDs:

An excellent Bachelors, Masters or Diploma degree in

• Biology,
• Biochemistry
• Bioinformatics

or related fields of study.

PhD-Fellowships:

1.100,00 Euro, tax-free, for 36 months (Fellows with Masters or Diploma degree),
in case of entry with a Bachelors Degree:

First year: 800 Euro, tax-free, for one year, then 1.100,00 Euro for
an additional 36 months (as above)

Postdocs:

appointment for up to two years, 1.600,00 Euros tax-free, in special cases E13
