Interested candidates can obtain the application form from Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Puducherry- 605 006. upto 18th June 2009 by sending a postal request accompanied with a crossed a M.l.C.R. Bank Draft of the amount prescribed below, drawn in favor of Accounts Officer, JIPMER payable at Puducherry, Union Territory, by enclosing two 10 x 7 cm self addressed labels. Prospectus cum application form can also be obtained against a cash payment from the State Bank of India at JIPMER campus only from May 25, 2009 to June 22, 2009, available for sale from 9. 30 am to 12. 00 pm on all working days.
