RGUKT invites applications from well qualified candidates for faculty positions at the level of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in various academic departments for its three constituent IIITs located at

Basara (Adilabad District)

Nuzvid (Krishna District) and

Rajiv Knowledge Valley (Kadapa District).

Departments:

Biology (Zoology and Botany)

Qualifications: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, where relevant, and with a very good academic record throughout.

Categories of Appointment:
Two categories of appointments are possible in the University:

• Contract Appointments: These are open to all suitable candidates including motivated retired faculty members of NITS, IITs, IISc and other Universities of repute from India and abroad. The period of contract shall be 2 years and renewable on expiry.
• On Deputation: These are open to motivated faculty members of NITs, IITs and IISc and other Universities of repute from India and abroad.
