Opportunities exist for analytical chemists / microbiologists to undertake analysis and quality assurance of herbal products used in health care, nutraceuticals and cosmetics as well as microbial tests of the products. Persons with working experience in quality control, quality assurance, analysis of metals, pesticides and other contaminants using HPLC, GC, AAS will be preferred.
Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry / Biochemistry / biotechnology / Microbiology / Botany / Plant Science / Agriculture; Horticulture.
Desirable: Analytical capabilities for detecting chemical constituents of plant products, contaminants in herbal formulations, water and packing materials to undertake analysis of phytochemicals, fingerprint analysis, microbial load should apply at the earliest.
Emolument: Negotiable

Interested candidates fulfilling the requisite qualification and experience below 28 years of age, as on the 30th November 2009 may E-mail their completed application along with CV to the info@biotechpark.org.in and sna.biotechpark@gmail.com on or before 30th November 2009.
The minimum age limit for all the posts is 18 years and maximum age not above 28 years (as on the last date of receipt of applications) Relaxation of age for SC/ST/ Woman /OBC/PH (deaf or partially deaf) Govt. /Semi Govt. institute shall be as per Govt. of India orders.
Original certificates/degree and testimonials shall be produced by the candidate for verification at the time of test/interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
Those employed in Govt. Deptt./Autonomous Bodies should send their application through proper Channel.
Relaxation of age limit, qualification and/or experience in case of exceptionally meritorious candidate may be allowed with the prior approval of competent authority.
Mere fulfillment of minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for test/ interview. The decision of the institute in this regard will be final.
The positions are purely temporary on contract basis and co terminus with the project.
Canvassing in any form and/or bringing in any influence political or otherwise will be treated disqualification for the post.
