The following positions under World Bank and other Projects, based in Delhi are to be filled up on purely ad hoc, temporary and on contractual basis on a consolidated salary, co-terminus with the project.

Post 1: Consultant (One): Rs. 30,000/- p.m .consolidated.
Essential qualifications: M.D. or Ph.D. in Life Science/Pharmacology/Pharmacy with  five years of  research experience or MBBS/MSc. with 8 years of experience in research and administration and knowledge of Computer Applications.
Job requirement: He will be a senior level laboratory person responsible for co-ordinating the activities at various levels like NIMR, NVBDCP, RRLs, SRLs and also the DMOs. He would also be involved in imparting training.
Post 2: Site Coordinator (One): Rs. 15,000/- p.m. consolidated.
Essential Qualifications:   M.Sc. in Life Sciences.  Experience in handling clinical and biological data and handling of modern equipments preferred. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Post 3 : Research Fellow (One): Rs. 15,000/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications:M.Sc.  in Pharmacology or Life Science in related subject. Desirable Qualification: Experience in handling clinical and biological data, handling modern equipment including  HPLC.  Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Post 6: Project Assistant (One): Rs. 10,000/- consolidated.
Essential Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in Life Science/Biotechnology. Experience in entomology, molecular biology and insecticide resistance with knowledge in data management  preferred.
Age Limit: Up-to 65 years for  the post at  S.No. 1 and preferably below 28 years for all other posts (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Central Govt. rules/orders and also in deserving cases ).
Duration: The engagement in the above posts would be co-terminus with the project and the persons would be engaged  initially for one year but the period of their engagement  may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the competent authority Interested and eligible candidates may appear  for a Walk in Interview together with their complete bio-data and photocopies of the  certificates/testimonials and the originals for verification before the Selection Committee at 10.00 A.M. on 17th November, 2009 at the above address of the Institute for the posts mentioned at S.No. 1 to 4  and on 18th November, 2009, in respect of other posts. . NOC is necessary in the case of of persons serving in Central/State Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
