Four (4)/Six Month (6) Dissertation Training (Jan, 2010-June, 2010) in the Department of Human Health & Disease, IIAR

Applications are invited from students of MSc (Life Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology) / M.Phil students desirous of doing 4-6 months final year dissertation project for the partial fulfillment of their respective degrees at Department of Human Health & Disease, IIAR.

The topic of their dissertations would be based on Biochemical and Molecular characterization of clinical and environmental isolates of Vibrio spp.

 

The selected students would be made familiar with different microbiological and molecular biological techniques concerning Vibrio spp.

Interested candidates can apply directly to ashimab@iiar.res.in indicating “Application for Dissertation Training” in subject along with current CV, Testimonials and recent passport size photo latest by 10^th December, 2009.

Short listed candidates would be informed about timing of their telephonic interview and selected students will be required to furnish the documents from their concerned departments authorizing their training at IIAR.

Kindly note that selected candidates will be charged a fees of Rs.3000 per month for the period of training payable in the beginning. They will have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging.
