Course Contents of the Training Course
Bioinformatics overview, Biological Databases & information retrieval, Biological sequence analysis, Molecular Simulations, PCR primer designing, Genomics & Proteomics.
Methodology
Lectures, Demos and Hands on Session.
Level of participants
BSc, MSc and PhD students of Life Sciences.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Computer and Molecular Biology.
Number of participants
Number of participants will be restricted to 15.
