THE VENUE & ACCOMMODATION

Seminar will be held in the Dr.H.H. Deichmann Auditorium located at ANU campus.Acharya Nagarjuna University is located at Howrah-Chennai National Highway No.5 at a distance of 18 kms from Vijayawada and 16 kms from Guntur. It is well connected both by train and road.

Accommodation can be provided in the University guest house and hostel. If Hotel accommodation is desired, it can be arranged on payment basis either at Guntur or Vijayawada.

Participants are required to make their own arrangement for financing their travel and registration fees. The organizers will extend local hospitality that includes boarding and lodging during the seminar.

Invitation and call for papers

Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentation must be not more than 300 words (including title, authors and affiliations) and should reflect one of the themes of the Seminar. Abstract should be submitted by 10 Jan, 2010 in electronic form as an email attachment to:

A separate hard copy is also preferred. The acceptance or otherwise will be communicated to author within two weeks of submission.

The registration fee should be sent in the form of crossed demand draft drawn in favour of Treasurer, NSAT payable at Nagarjuna university branch, Nagarjuna Nagar-522510. Delegates can also pay at the conference counter.

The Registration fee for Delegates : Rs.500/-
For Students participants : Rs.400/-
For accompanying persons : Rs.300/-

TA-DA will be paid for special invitees and chair persons subject to the availability of funds.
