Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile- Bio-process development for yeast / selenium enriched yeast.
- Responsible for the selection of strains, optimising the conditions for the propagation of yeast from shake flask to pilot plant level fermentor (Upstream & Down stream processing), shelf-life evaluation, thermostability study, etc
- Ability to carrying out the routine microbiological analysis of the samples.
- Capable of setting priorities to complete assignments and achieve goals on timely basis.
- MSc in Biotechnology with a min 2 yrs experience in Bioprocess / Fermentation
- Experience in bio-pharmaceutical industry (engaged in the production of antibiotics / probiotics) / Biotechnology
