Project Assistant – 1 Post
DBT Research Project: Structural and Biophysical Studies of Transmembrane Proteins using Solid State NMR.
Qualification & Experience: First class MSc/BTech/MTech degree in any discipline of Biology (preferable Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics) or Organic Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute. Preference will be given to those who have cleared NET (CSIR/UGC) / NET (LS) / ICMR / GATE. Prior experience in handling bacterial cultures is highly desirable. Exposure to working with eukaryotic cultures is an added advantage. An aptitude for learning new techniques is a must.
Salary: Rs. 12,000/- p.m. (consolidated) + HRA (as applicable)
Duration: One year (Can be extended to up to three years subject to satisfactory performance).
