DST sponsored ILTP Indo- Russian Project A-8.25, entitled “Development of new method and algorithms to identify exon- intron boundary and finding signatory signal pattern for genetic abnormalities like autism”

Essential qualification : MTech in Bioinformatics/Biomedical Engineering /Computer Science/Information Technology with good academic record.

Desirable experience :

(i) Good programming skills (PERL and MATLAB expertise will be preferred)
(ii) Good working knowledge of Signal Processing

Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- + HRA (if applicable) p.m.

- No T.A., D.A. will be provided for candidates appearing for the interview.
- The position is purely temporary.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final.
