Junior Research Fellow

DST Major Research Project ‘Studies on beta-1, 3 glucan binding protein (beta BP) – receptor mediated cellular immune responses in the marine mussel Perna viridis’ under Prof. M. Arumugam, Principal Investigator.

Qualification : M.Sc. (Zoology/Special Zoology)

Period of the project : 3 years

Emoluments : Rs 12,000 p.m. + admissible HRA

Candidates with UGC-CSIR NET qualified or with previous research experience in Molluscan or Arthropod Physiology will be preferred. The selected candidates should be willing to join the project at the earliest, and undertake travel to collect molluscs.
