Position: Program Manager
BIRAP is a unique program initiated by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, to mentor, support and nurture innovation in Biotechnology Industry of India. To implement its mandate BIRAP is looking for highly motivated industry experienced scientists who can take up this activity as a big challenge.
Job Description: Co-ordination of various aspects of technology transfer including evaluation, IP valuation, drafting license agreements, assignments , technology transfer agreements, drafting contracts, MTA, MOU etc.
Qualification:
M.Sc/M.Tech (1st Division)/Ph.D in Life Sciences with a good knowledge of Technology Transfer, Intellectual property and a work experience of minimum 3 to 4 years in technology evaluation, IP valuation, technology transfer, contract drafting etc. In addition, preference will be given to candidates with a Law / Business development degree from a recognized university
Salary: Rs. 35,000/- PM (Consolidated)
