1.1 Screening of compounds in cell based & cell free assays.
1.2 Generation of stable cell lines
1.3 Cytokine ELISA’s; capable of incorporating new methods/technologies for improving existing processes.
1.4 Cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification from bacterial systems
1.5 Gene expression analysis using quantitative RT-PCR
1.6 Purification of various cell types from human blood, whole blood assays
1.7 Design experiments and troubleshoot with supervision; ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Job Description
Minimum of 2 years experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
Hands on experience in cell culture techniques is a must for this position
Experience in novel cell based and cell free assays development
Team player with good oral and written communication skills and ability
Good working knowledge of software programs like excel, sigma plot and sigma stat etc
