1. Post graduate/UG students of Agriculture Biotechnology/Biotechnology & Life Sciences.
2. Candidates should be resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Course Content : Nucleic acid Isolation from different sources. Polymerase Chain Reaction RAPD analysis. Preparation of competent cells. Plasmid DNA isolation & vector preparation. Transformation. Selection of recombinant clones. Restriction analysis. Spectrophotometry. HPLC, GC etc.

The course will comprise both practicals and theory lectures. It is requested to kindly nominate students from your esteemed institution in the above training course.
