Education: UG - B.Sc - Any Specialization PG - M.Sc - Bio-Chemistry
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Sc /DMLT (Mandatory)/ BMLT.
Experience: 02 – 10 Years of experience in Biochemistry, Haematology, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology, Histopathology & Cytology.
Excellent knowledge of Pathological testing.
High service orientation.
Flair for speed and accuracy.
Must be with the ability to multi-task.

Job Description
Ensure proper functioning of the laboratory by maintaining proper coordination between all the processes including specimen collection, accessioning of the specimen, conducting the test and reporting on time.
Performing routine/specialized test & identifying the problem specimens.
Assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs
Daily Review of the Q. C. results.
Ensure proper maintenance of material consumption, inventory management and no wastage
Ensuring Quality, Accuracy, Safety and TAT are maintained as per norms.
Addressing queries from CCG, Clinicians in regard to the tests.
functioning and maintenance of Instrument.
Validation of new tests introduced.
Coordination with Engineering, Materials & IT department for the requirements of the section
Weekly monitoring of NABL compliances (SOPs & QCs)
Involvement in preparation of monthly report of the lab.
Reporting to: Lab Head/ Pathologist
