Essential Qualifications : M.Tech in Biotechnologyl Food Technology and M.Sc. in Biotechnology /Food Science/Life Sciences.
Objective of the Project : To enhance the research capacity of their "Centre for Food Technology" by carrying out focused R&D in the area of (a) Food Processing Engineering and (b) Metabolic Engineering with focus on novel food/related product development using biotechnological approaches.
