- Litreature update regularly.
- Protein characteristics and purification by various chromatographic techniques.
- Refolding of of protein expressed in IB(inclusion body).
- Proper lab record maintenance.
Desired Profile
- Must have experience in E.coli Protein purification.
- Must have hands on experience on chromatographic systems.
- Must have knowledge of refolding.
