Senior Scientist - Process development cell culture-R&D
Work Profile:
* Hands-on experience in development of stirred tank processes in a leading biopharmaceutical company in late stage mammalian cell culture development facility or a pilot plant.
* Adept in design, development, scale-up and troubleshooting of cell culture process from laboratory bioreactors to pilot or production tanks.
* Adaptable to working with scientists in a laboratory & production set-up
* Technical trouble shooting during manufacturing - an added advantage.
* Regulatory compliance & guidelines - FDA and EMEA desirable.

Candidate Skills:
* The candidate should have led a group of scientists in the past.
* Good communication skills, identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solution
* Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
