Job Role:
To aid the distributors in developing market for our instrument and reagent products in the Middle East.
Conduct product demonstrations and training to customers/prospective customers.
Provide Application Support to customers.
Participate in International Exhibitions.
To support the International Business Development team in meeting customer expectations.
Attend to product & technical queries and troubleshoot complaints.
Desired Profile:
Candidates from Medical Diagnostic industry background will only be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reagent/instrument sales or support.
Good communication & interpersonal skills which meet expectations of international customers.
Quick learner with sound basics in engineering/molecular biology.
Preferred qualification: MSc in biotechnology/biomedical engineering/Any engineering graduate.
