Disha Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad requires M.Sc Microbiology/ Biotechnology. The candidate should have 1-2 experience in either of following.
1. Microbial techniques like biochemical identification, fermentation, transformation and handling of microbial cultures.
2. Molecular techniques: DNA and RNA extraction and PCR, molecular markers and Blotting techniques.
3. Protein extraction, SDS-PAGE and Ion exchange chromatography.
Knowledge of GC and HPLC would be advantageous. Should be able to handle research projects along with documentation independently.
