Project Title & Position : Bioethanol production from Sweet Sorghum (NAIP) Project Assistant Level-II (One Position)

Essential Qualifications & Experience : 1st Class in M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with experience in handling HPLC sorghum juice analysis.

Job Requirement :

1. Procurement of sorghum stalks for ICRISAT
2. Chemical analysis of juice for PH total sugars, reducing & non-reducing sugars by HPLC
3. Preservative & Storage Studies to enhance shelf life of juice

Project Title & Position : Application of periodic discontinuous Batch operation to enhance treatment efficiency of dye  containing waste water Project Assistant Level-II (One Position)

Essential Qualifications & Experience : 1 sl Class in M.Sc. (Environmental Biotechnology) with experience in operation of anaerobic biorectors Isolation & characterization of strains and microbial diversity studies

Job Requirement : To operate sequencing bioreactors for treatment of dye & effluents and microbial diversity studies.

Date & Reporting Time for Interview : 23-03-2011 Between 09.00 A.M TO 10.00 A.M.

Remuneration

Project Assistant Level - II     Rs. 12,000/-

The interviews will be held on the date and time mentioned above at IICT, Tamaka, Uppal Road, Hyderabad-500 607.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Note: Candidates with other than the above mentioned qualifications will not be allowed to attend the Interview.
