DBT sponsored project: "Molecular cloning and functional characterization of the annexin family genes from Pearl millet under abiotic stresses " Principal Investigator: Dr. Sharmistha Barthakur.
Essential qualifications: First class MSc in molecular biology, biotechnology or life sciences.
Desirable research experience: Gene isolation, characterization, expression analysis, protein work and knowledge of computer applications as evident from publication.
Age limit: 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates as per ICAR rules).
The post is purely temporary in nature and is co –terminus with the project (subject to satisfactory performance by the candidate).
