*Generate the recombinant plasmid clones.

*Create the stable cell lines.

*Gene Cloning, Primer designing, DNA sequencing.

*Mammalian cell culture

*Immunological Assays.

Desired Profile

*Age - Around 25 to 28 Yrs.

*Must be knowledgeable of all the techniques elaborated above in the JD.

*High on integrity, proactive, self driven, self confident, inspiring professional.

*Preferable to have hands on experience in molecular biology techniques.
