Job Description

*To develop and standardize various Cell culture based Bioanalytical Assays for polysaccharide, recombinant protein based vaccines and biosimilar protein therapeutics including monoclonal antibodies in compliance with various national and international regulatory guidelines.

*To develop and standardize serological assays for Polysaccharide, recombinant protein based vaccines and biosimilar protein therapeutics including monoclonal antibodies.

To ensure validation for all the developed assays as per regulatory guidelines like ICH, WHO and Pharmacopeia.

*To ensure availability of all the reagents, standards, raw materials and equipments related to these assays through lab inventory management and timely purchase requisition generation.

*To ensure timely performance of test and delivery of reports to other sub-units for the test performed for in-house materials and samples from other units.

*To be part of technology transfer related to bioanalytical assays transfer to different locations of Panacea as per project requirement.

Desired Profile

*Age - Around 25 to 30 Yrs.

Qualification: MSc. - Biological Sciences, PhD.

*Must be knowledgeable of all the techniques elaborated above in the JD.

* Experience in cell based and serological assays

* High on integrity, genuine

*Proactive & Self driven

*Self confident, Dependable & Inspiring
