Project A comprehensive understanding of the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) in the North-Eastern Region of India" (Funded by Dept. of Biotechnology, Govt. of India)

Period: Initially for three year, likely to be extended.

1. Scientist (01 Nos)

Essential Qualification: Ph.D in any branch of Life Sciences/ MVSC/MD

Emoluments: Rs. 35,000/- per month (fixed) without HRA

Upper Age Limit: 45 years (relaxable for exception candidates)

2. Junior Research Fellow (02 Nos)

Fellowship: Rs.12, 000/- per month plus @ 20% HRA

Upper Age Limit: 28 years

Essential Qualification : Candidates with Master’s degree or equivalent with 55% aggregate marks (50% marks for SC/ST candidates) in branch of Biotechnology, Microbiology ,Biochemistry or in any subject branch of Life Sciences are eligible to apply and with NET/LS Candidates with their individual fellowship from CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/DST can also apply.

Desirable qualification: More than 60 % throughout the career.
