JRF will be involved in molecular epidemiology, specifically genotyping the isolated Mtb strains and studying the circulating genotypes in real time through the GIS system. The JRF will also be required to link molecular data to epidemiological data. Work will also involve data entry, analysis and reporting the results.
Salary : ISRO fellows Rs 9000 per month.
Qualifications : M.Sc/MPH with evidence of Master level work in molecular biology/epidemiology/public health. Knowledge of epidemiological designs and biostatistics, compulsory. Candidates awaiting M.Sc. results are eligible to apply.

JRF will be involved in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. Knowledge and experience in use of focus group discussion, case studies and interview techniques is must. JRFs will also be responsible for establishing rapport with practioners in rural areas, develop and implement intervention module on the pilot basis.
Salary : ICMR JRF : 16ooo/- per month
Qualifications : M.Sc/MPH with evidence of Master level work in molecular biology/epidemiology/public health. Knowledge of epidemiological designs and biostatistics, compulsory. Field based experience will be preferred qualification.
