ABOUT US
Biozone Research Technologies is a Chennai based Biosciences training, research and manufacturing entity, established in the year 2008 to cater to the needs of the Life Sciences Industry and academia. We have been conducting training and providing projects in different modules of Biology for the past four years and have been successful in leaving an impression on young minds. The Monthly workshop series is an initiative by Biozone to train students and researchers in various fields of Biology, inspite of their regular classes and commitments.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To give the students a comprehensive knowledge of the methods used in handling and analysis of cancer cell lines. The workshop will enable the students to design their own research based protocols, its standardization and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Lead lecture: Present, Past and Future Aspects of cell culture Techniques
- Media preparation
- Sterilization Techniques
- Trypsinization and Cell Seeding
- MTT/ALP/NO assay
- Cell counting and Cell viability
- Cryopreservation
ELIGIBILITY
Students pursuing B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences.

FEES: The total fees is Rs.2500/- (Inclusive of Lunch, Course Material & Certificate)
