PROJECT: Regulation of chromatin accessibility for transcription and recombination

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: PhD

JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE: The job requires analysis of transcription and VDJ recombination in mouse thymocytes to understand their interdependent regulation. The candidate must have a sound knowledge of various aspects of mammalian gene regulation and a working experience of various molecular biology techniques.

EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 16,000/+ 30% HRA
