DBT sponsored project An alternative approach towards the understanding of Huntington disease using Dictyostelium discoideum as a model system” under the call for proposals in neurosciences.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Emoluments: @ Rs. 16,000/-p.m + 30% HRA (as per the sanctioned project).

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences and NET qualified.

If not NET qualified, the emoluments would reduce, as per DBT norms.

Desirable Qualification: Strong desire to work on the subject area mentioned.  Preference would be given to those who have knowledge of Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and culture handlings.

Tenure: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the above mentioned DBT project. The initial appointment will be for a period of one year which can be extended further on the basis of the performance of the candidate.
