Experience:Two to five years with industrial experience in any Therapeutic Area ( Metabolic Disorder / Oncology / Pain & Inflamation)
Qualifications: PhD in Bio Chemistry/Biotechnology or Life Sciences. Post doctoral degree will be an added advantage.

Thorough knowledge of assay development and validation.

Business level knowledge of handling sophisticated laboratory instruments.

Sound understanding about data analysis & interpretations.

Good attitude to work in a team and help other members in the team
Skills Required :

Proper handling of laboratory instruments especially liquid handling with proper maintenance.

Should exhibit zeal to learn new technology /(s) and new assays.

Should be good in exploring scientific journals in order to find new ways/techniques to develop the assays in a robust and reproducible manner.

Should help juniors to train them for ongoing assays and technologies.

Should follow the guidelines followed in the lab towards different safety aspects and help the lab head in designing the new guidelines.

Should follow ethical guidelines towards assay validation, data analysis and maintenance.
