The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India propose to recruit Analyst (Trainees) (six posts) on contract basis to work in its 3 Quality Control Laboratories (ISO/ IEC 17025:2005/ NABL Accredited) at Bhimavaram (1), Nellore (1) and Kochi (4) for a period of two years.
Candidates meeting following qualifications and interested to work on contract basis are requested to send in their bio-data in a sealed envelop super-scribed as “ Application for Analysts on contract basis” to the Joint Director (Quality Control), The Marine Products Export Development Authority, MPEDA House, Panampilly Nagar PO, Kochi- 682 036, on or before 16/08/2011.
Educational Qualifications
MSc in Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Hydrochemistry/ Bio Analytical Science/Biochemistry/ Industrial Biotechnology/Biotechnology etc.
Age limit (as on 01/08/2011) 28 years
Experience Having worked for a minimum 6 months in extraction / analysis of residues in fish/shrimp products
Salary Rs.15,000 per month (consolidated)
Period of contract 2 years
The candidates selected for the post will have to sign an agreement for the contract appointment.
