JUNIOR / SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
Applications are invited for a post of Research Assistants to work in a research project, in the Department of Genetic Engineering, School of Bioengineering, SRM University, Kattankulathur.
Qualifications: The eligible candidates should have a M.Sc. or M.Phil degree in botany with specialization in taxonomy to work on plant identification, collection and DNA bar coding.
Eligibility: Experience in molecular biology, DNA isolation and DNA sequencing is NOT required. But experience in plant identification gained from M.Sc / M.Phil thesis work or job after M.Sc / M.Phil is essential.
Emoluments: Salary can be up to Rs. 20,700 per month based on experience and NET qualification.
The selected candidates will be able to register for PhD in SRM University.
