Sales Related

Selling of the entire process monitoring tools range of products, used in microbiology labs in Pharma, Biotech organizations, research institutes, food and beverage industries. Like air samplers, sterility testing devices, integrity testing devices.

Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations

Development of new customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of Millipore's products. Achieve/exceed sales objectives.

Providing the customers with all necessary pre and after sales support, quotations, systems design, running cost calculations.

Process and Customer Interface Related

To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.

Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management programmes

Collections management (C form, D form)

Qualifications

Business Specialist - 3-5 yrs experience in selling to Biotech/Pharmaceutical set up.

Territory sales manager - 5-7 yrs experience.

Msc-microbiology/biotechnology

Bsc - Microbiology/biotechnology

Btech – Biotech
