Advertisement for the Post of Project Fellow

Applications are invited for the post of Project Fellow to work in a Research Project sanctioned by Department of Biotechnology (Government of India, New Delhi) in the project entitled “Evaluation of antagonistic fluorescent pseudomonad bacteria for the disease management in the north-east region” approved for 3 years.

The candidates must possess minimum 55% marks in M Sc. in Life Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology with good academic records.

The candidate should apply with all documents Xerox copies to the Principal Investigator, kind atten. : Prof. G D Sharma, Department of Life Science, Assam University, Silchar – 788 011 latest by 26th December, 2011.

The fellow will get Rs.10,000/- + 10% H R A per month. The fellowship is purely temporary and no claim for permanent absorption.
