UGC Research Fellowships in Science for Meritorious students 2011-2012

Applications are invited from registered research scholars in Botany for the award of Junior Research Fellow in the subject BOTANY under 'UGC Research  Fellowship in Science for Meritorious students (RFSMS) for the year 2011-2012.

The award carries a fellowship of Rs. 14,000/- per month with a contingency of Rs. 12,000/· per annum.

The applications may be obtained from University Press, Osmania University. The duly filled in application forms along with certified copies of the documents should be submitted to the Head, Department of Botany, on or before 9th March, 2012.

The following are to be enclosed along with the application.

I. DD for Rs 50/- in favor of Registrar, OU
2. PhD Registration letter
3. Memorandum of Marks
4. M.Sc Degree Certificate

The number of JRFs are 5 + (4 vacant) Total: 9 The candidates have to appear for an interview to be conducted by a selection committee constituted by Osmania University.

The candidates will be intimated about the date, time and venue of the interviews.
