Application are invited from eligible candidates for posting of one Research Assistant on contract basis in the two year  CDB project on “Performance evaluation of elite seedlings in farmers field of Alappuzha and Kollam districts” at ORARS, Kayamkulam

Qualifications

Eligible            : MSc. Agriculture  with specialization in Plant pathology/Plant Breeding/ MSc. Biotechnology/ MSc. Microbiology

Age                 :  Should not exceeded 35 years as on 1/12/2011

Tenure             : Two year or till the termination of the project

Emoluments     : Rs.10,000/- pm (Consolidated)

Note:-

1. Xerox copy of the application form given may be used.

2. Self attested copies of the following documents should be enclosed

          a. Certificate to prove date of birth

          b. SSLC marklist

          c. Higher secondary marklist

          d. B Sc. Degree certificate

          e. B Sc. marklist

          f. M Sc. degree certificate

         g. M Sc. marklist

         h. Certificate of computer proficiency

         i. Certificate of previous experience in related works if any.

            The originals should be produced for verification at the time of interview.

3.  A self addressed envelope of size 25 x 10 cm stamped Rs.5.00 should be enclosed for further communication.

4. Filled in application complete in all respects should reach The Project Director & Head, ORARS, Kayamkulam – 690 502, Alappuzha district.

5. Application envelope should be super scribed “Application for the post of Research Assistant”.

6.   Last date of receipt of application is 3/3/2012 (5.00 pm)

Terms and conditions

1. Application received late or those incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected without notice and the decision of the undersigned on such matters will be final.

2. The posting is purely provisional and the incumbent stands terminated on termination of the project.

3. The incumbent will not have any claim or weightage for future appointment if any to any other post in the University.
