Applications are invited from eligible candidates for selection for positions of SRF and JRF.
1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) @ Rs. 18,000/- + 30% HRA* pm (fixed) for UGC-CSIR-NET qualified appointees; Rs. 14,000 + HRA* pm for non NET qualified appointees
2. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) @ Rs. 16,000 + 30% HRA* pm (fixed) for UGC-CSIR-NET qualified appointees; Rs. 12,000 + HRA* pm for NET-lectureship qualified appointees.
3. Laboratory Technician: B.Sc. (Graduates) with hands on experience/ Biotechnology/Informatics/Chemistry may apply.
Qualifications
1. SRF: M.Sc. in the area of Biology with minimum two years of research experience. Working experience with Mycobacterial cultures and tissue/cell culture will be preferred.
2. JRF: M.Sc. (Virology, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Health Science, Informatics). Candidate with experience in Molecular Biology techniques will be preferred. Candidates with NET-qualification would be preferred for JRF. Research experience in Immunology/protein chemistry/Bioinformatics, will be added advantage.
Duration Appointments are made for one year and can be extendible after review each year until the duration of the project. Interested/eligible candidates will be encouraged to continue Ph.D program.
Only candidates who would fit into objectives of the projects would be called for the interview.
