Eligible candidates : 1. Post graduate/UG students of Agriculture Biotechnology/ Biotechnology & Life Sciences.
2. Candidates should be resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Nucleic acid Isolation from different sources.
Polymerase Chain Reaction, RAPD analysis.
Preparation of competent cells.
Plasmid DNA isolation & vector preparation.
Transformation, Selection of recombinant clones.
Restriction analysis, Spectrophotometry.
HPLC, GC, Data mining, Sequence Assembly.
BLAST analysis, Primer designing, Homology
Prediction, Sequence Identity Matrix etc.
The course will comprise both practical and theory lectures. Boarding & Lodging can be arranged on request as per University norms. It is requested to kindly nominate students from your esteemed institution in the above training course. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the training course.
