Applications are invited for the post of one JRF (@Rs.16000- p.m. + HRA) and one Lab Attendant/Lab Assistant (@Rs.5000- p.m. consolidated) in an ad-hoc DBT sponsored research project on “Genomic, proteomic and molecular analysis of the role of anti-anti-sigma sigma factors in environmental signaling and gene expression in Azospirillum brasilense”. The posts are temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Qualifications:
Junior Research Fellow: Applicants must have good academic career with M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Microbiology (General/Applied)/ Biochemistry and must have qualified NET. Upper age limit: 28 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of female/SC/ST/PH candidates.
Lab Attendant/Lab Assistant: Candidates should be a Graduate or Intermediate with 2-3 years' laboratory experience Upper age limit: 30 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of female/SC/ST/PH candidates). Upper age may also be relaxed for the duration of earlier work in a project/scheme in B.H.U.
