Subject: Appointment of the staff under DBT project
Applications are invited on plain paper along with attested copies of certificate/degrees for the following positions under adhoc DBT research project entitled “Effect of different extracts of Withania somnifera in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis: An experimental study”
(1) Senior Research Fellow (One)
Qualifications: M.Sc (with minimum 55% marks) in Biomedical Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Toxicology/ Biosciences/ Life Sciences with minimum two years research experience in the area of Immunology/Phytochemistry/Molecular Biology. Knowledge of animal handling and aptitude in the field of Immunology/Phytochemistry will be preferred.
Salary: SRF: Rs.18,000/-pm + 30% HRA as per DBT norms.
Age limit: 35 years.
(2) Full time laboratory attendant (One)
Qualification: Passed 10th standard with some experience of animal handling in
Biochemistry/Toxicology/ Immunology/ Molecular Biology laboratory.
Salary: Rs. 11,100/-pm as per DBT norms.
Both the posts are purely temporary till the duration (3 years from the date of commencement) of the project. The appointment would be initially for one year and likely to be extended based on satisfactory work progress of the project.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
