AWARD OF MERITORIOUS RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (JRF) OF UGC
Applications for award of Junior Fellowship (JRF) under the meritorious research fellowship scheme of UGC, leading to a Ph.D. degree in Genetics, in the Department of Genetics, University of Delhi, South Campus, New Delhi, are invited from eligible candidates by June 30, 2012 (Saturday).
No. of Fellowship: 3+2+5 = 10
Fellowship: Rs. 14,000/- per month (consolidated)
Eligibility: Master’s degree in any area of life sciences/biological sciences/agricultural sciences/physical and chemical sciences/bioinformatics with
or without NET/GATE with a minimum of 55% of aggregate marks.
Selection Procedure: Award of fellowship will be strictly made on the basis of
performance in the interview.
Venue: Department of Genetics, B.K.Bachawat Block, University of Delhi, South
Campus, New Delhi-110021. Date and time will be informed later.
Completed applications should reach the undersigned by June 30, 2012 (Saturday). Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
