Subject: Advertisement for the award of “Post-Doctoral Fellowship”
Applications are invited for the award of one Post-Doctoral Fellow for six month on consolidated fellowship of Rs 24000/- month under the project entitled “Bio-efficacy of Virtako 1.5G and Chlorantraniliprole + Pymetrozine 60WG against rice insect pests” funded by Syngenta India Limited.
Applicants holding Ph.D.degree in Entomology may send their application to Dr. S.N.Tiwari, Principal Investigator, Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, G.B.P.U.A.&T. Pantnagar-263145 (Fax: 05944-233473) up to 10 AM of 26.06.2012 and appear for interview on 26.06.2012 at 11.00 AM in the Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, Pantnager-263145.
Preference will be given to those who have experience of conducting bio-efficacy trial in Rice Entomology and have adequate computer, photography, videography and portal development skill. No separate interview letter will be issued for this purpose and no TA/DA will be paid in appearing for the interview. The appointment shall be given on six monthly review basis.
