Prospectus & Application Form:Prospectus and Application Form for all above programmes can be obtained from University Cash counter on payment of 300 by cash, or by Regd. post on payment of 350 in the shape of bank draft drawn in any nationalized bank in favour of ‘Comptroller of Finance, Fakir Mohan University, payable at Balasore.
One can also download the same from the website www.fmuniversity.nic.in and submit the downloaded form completed in all respects along with an additional DD of 300 drawn in favour of ‘Comptroller of Finance, Fakir Mohan University’ towards the cost of application form and prospectus.
The last date for issue and submission of application forms is 06-07-2012
