Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow in the research project entitled "Therapeutic enzymes from microbial sources: Production improvement and studies on their human serum albumin nanocomplexes" funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board. Department of Science & Technology and tenable at NanoBiosciences. Centre for Emerging Technologies. Jain University
The post is temporary and subject to the continuation of the project. Essential Qualification: MSc Life Science/Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry with minimum first class
Emoluments: INR 12,0001- per month for first two years and Rs.14,000/- per month in the 3rd year plus HRA as per the central government norms
Terms & Conditions:
1. The engagement of JRF is exclusively for the above mentioned project
2. The engagement will be contractual and on purely temporary basis in the project funded by SERB, DST, Govt. of India for a maximum period of three years and is co-terminus with the project
3. The engagement under externally funded project does not confer any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular appointment in Jain University against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent
4. No TA / DA will be given to the candidates for attending the interview
5. Applications received after the due date (Le., 25-07-2012) will be summarily rejected
6. Canvassing in any form and 1 or bringing in any influence, political or otherwise will be treated as a disqualification for the post. Interim enquiries will not be attended to.
